It is most important to send back the white copy of the Behavior Slip Signed, with the homework completed. I have a yellow copy for each behavior slip. The only way students can earn recess is by bringing back the Behavior Slip signed with Your Signature and the homework.
The Behavior Slip will list the homework your child may have along with noting his/her behavior in class. Homework can consist to practicing this weeks' Spelling Words, reading the story of the week or practicing Math facts. Please feel free to write a brief note in the homework section if needed.
**A brief note stating that you saw the Behavior Slip, yet it was misplaced, is OK. ***
**If your child happens to forget the behavior slip, they can return the slip the next day. Your child will only miss having recess-which is not life, threatening as they may have you believe.
